Kira at Her New Leaf created this style for her sunglasses.  My daughter would love this tutorial since she is always creatively glamorizing things like her sunglasses.

I think that these glasses need some kind of sparkly added, so I would use sparkle paint not just flat paint.  But the effect is way cool!
